Per favore, ricorda che ogni pezzo è fatto a mano, perciò possono esserci variazioni nei colori e nelle forme rispetto alle foto che vedete.

Non utilizzo plastica per imballare i prodotti, uso solo carta. Ti prego di riciclarla o meglio di riutilizzarla!

Tutti i pezzi vengono preparati e spediti entro 48 ore dalla ricezione dell’ordine
Spediamo nei seguenti paesi: Italia, paesi dell'Unione Europea, Svizzera, Regno Unito e Norvegia
Tutti i pezzi saranno confezionati con grande cura per evitare le rotture
I prezzi della spedizione possono variare a seconda del peso. In questo caso sarete avvisati tempestivamente via mail
La confezione regalo costa 1€ a pezzo e va chiesta esplicitamente via mail

Scrivici all’indirizzo info@formaceramicaevetro.com entro 14 giorni dall’ordine e provvederemo a sostituire/rimborsare il prodotto. Spedisci il prodotto con lo stesso packaging e nelle stesse condizioni in cui lo hai ricevuto. I costi di spedizione saranno a vostro carico
Se il pezzo arriva rotto è necessario fare una segnalazione entro 48 ore dalla ricezione del pacco. Saranno necessarie le foto del prodotto, del pacco e delle etichette su di esso riportate
Pezzi fatti su ordinazione e su specifiche richieste del cliente non saranno rimborsati

Spero che non avrai problemi ma ricorda di non usare i miei prodotti nel forno microonde
Per la pulizia dei prodotti in vetro puoi usare la lavastoviglie oppure puoi lavarli a mano con un prodotto specifico
Per la pulizia della ceramica puoi usare la lavastoviglie oppure lavarli a mano con un comune detersivo per piatti

Please remember that each piece is handmade, therefore there may be variations in colors and shapes compared to the photos you see.

I don't use plastic to pack products, I only use paper. Please recycle it or better reuse it!

Every item is prepared and shipped within 48 of receiving the order
We ship to the following countries: Italy, UE countries, Switzerland, UK and Norway
All pieces will be packaged with great care to avoid breakage
Shipping prices may vary depending on the weight. In this case you will be promptly notified by email
The gift box costs € 1 per piece and must be requested explicitly by email

Write to info@formaceramicaevetro.com within 14 days from the order and I will replace/refund the product. Send the product in the same packaging and in the same conditions you received it. Shipping costs will be at your expense
Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery date for a refund to be issued. Photos of the damaged piece, the box and packaging with all labels visible are required
Pieces made to order and on specific customer requests will not be refunded

I hope you won't have any problems but remember not to use my products in the microwave
To clean glass products you can use the dishwasher or you can wash them by hand with a specific product
To clean the ceramic you can use the dishwasher or wash them by hand with a common dish detergent
